- Jusqu'en 1967	Etudes de droit et sociologie à Aix-en Provence et Paris. Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes.
- 1967 - 1968	Co-direction du Centre Culturel de la Faculté de Nanterre.
- 1968 - 1969	Co-auteur avec Serge July, Alain Geismar, Herta Alvarez de "Vers la GuerreCivile".
	Création de journaux : "J'Accuse", "La Cause du Peuple" puis, plus tard, "Libération". Création de l'Agence de Presse Libération avec Maurice Clavel. Rencontre décisive avec Marin Karmitz : l'image, une manière plus moderne de communiquer.
- 1970 - 1971	Co-scénariste de "Coup pour coup" (réalisation:Marin Karmitz).
	Responsable de la production technique et artistique du film. Développement de MK2 productions.
- 1972	Création de MK2 diffusion.
	Production de "Voyage en Grande Tartarie" (réalisation: Jean-Charles Tacchela - MK2 productions).
- 1972 - 1977	MK2 diffusion : distribution de films "haut de gamme", tels que :

- 1973 - 1977	Création, construction, direction , programmation des salles de cinéma "14 Juillet Bastille", "14 Juillet Parnasse", "14 Juillet Odéon" et "14 Juillet Beaugrenelle".
- 1978 - 1980	Création de Swan diffusion avec Boris Gourévitch (Multiciné).
	Distribution de nombreux films dont :"Jeune et innocent" (réalisation: Alfred HItchcock) ; "Les Chevaux de feu" (réalisation: Sergueï Paradjanov) ; "Despair" (réalisation: Rainer Werner Fassbinder) ; "Le Second éveil" (réalisation: Margarett von Trotta) ; "Le Malin" (réalisation: John Huston).
- 1979	Création de Partners productions avec Ariel Zeitoun. Production de films de long métrage, tels que :"Rien ne va plus" (réalisation: Jean-Michel Ribes) "L'Ecole est finie" (réalisation: Olivier Nolin) ;"La Banquière" (réalisation: Francis Girod).
- 1980 - 1986	Création de Swan productions. Producteur délégué et direction de production de films de long métrage :
